Dwarf Confetti was selected and named by Craig LeHoullier, with additional work carried out by Richard Watson, Susan Dzejachok, Dee Sackett, Laurie Sutherland, Nancy Ruhl, Karl Johnson, and Doug Frank. The release quantity of seed was grown by Bill Minkey."
